Position: Accountant
Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000

Location: Vadnais Heights, MN. 2nd half of 2026: The corporate office will be relocated to Hudson, Wisconsin, or a nearby city due to the relocation of the Company’s corporate headquarters as part of its business expansion.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee the financial management and reporting for our restaurant and real estate holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining, posting, and analyzing daily financial transactions, as well as ensuring adherence to standard accounting procedures and compliance with financial reporting requirements. Key responsibilities encompass accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory management, onboarding new hires, processing payroll data, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities and reports.
Responsibilities
· Oversee accounts payable and cash disbursements
· Manage accounts receivable functions
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Maintain the general ledger
· Oversee inventory management
· Coordinate payroll processing with third-party provider
· Facilitate new hire onboarding
· Execute month-end close processes
· Support year-end close activities and reporting
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
· Minimum of five years’ experience in accounting, including AR, AP, reconciliations, and inventory management
· Proficiency with accounting software
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
· Strong organizational abilities, goal orientation, and self-motivation
· Excellent attention to detail
· Experience using Restaurant 365 is preferred
· Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
